  • Guaranteed access, we can use a garage code, lockbox or hidden key as needed.
  • Check, cash, or Credit card (4% processing fee) for payment day of service.
  • We are the only company on sight during the cleaning service.
  • The cleaning crew has access to water and electricity.
  • Note: We do not include walls, doors, floor grout, or animal/human waste of any kind.
  • Note: Interior windows can be added per request for just the interior glass. We do not clean window tracks, and the window must be in the closed position.
  • Note: We use a 2-foot stepladder with an extension to clean high areas only to prevent injury.
  • Note: If something needs to be adjusted with your cleaning, please email the office at [email protected]
  • Note: There is a $60 cancelation fee for canceling within 48 hours.

We always include a final walk-through before you pay and before we leave to ensure total satisfaction. If you want to book us, we will request five things:

  • Guaranteed access, and we can use a garage code, lockbox, or hidden key as needed.
  • Check, cash, or Credit card (4% processing fee) for payment day of service.
  • We are the only company on sight during the cleaning service.
  • The cleaning crew has access to water and electricity.
  • Note: We do not include walls, doors, floor grout, or animal/human waste of any kind.

Moving cleaning service requires a final walk-through and before you pay before we leave to ensure total satisfaction. General guidelines for our moving-in or moving-out cleaning services are as follows:

  • Guaranteed access, customer home, hidden key, garage code, or combination lock.
  • Move-in/out cleaning requires the house to be completely empty.
  • The refrigerator and all cabinets/drawers are empty, as your crew will not clean them if they are not empty.
  • Date and start and end time for a final inspection.
  • Cash, check, or credit card (4% processing fee) for payment day of service.
  • We are the only company on-site while the cleaning service is being performed.
  • The water and electricity are on.
  • Note: If interior window cleaning is added, this includes cleaning with the window in the closed position. We do not include window tracts.
  • Note: We do not include walls, doors, floor grout, or animal/human waste of any kind.
  • Note: We use a 2-foot stepladder for the safety of our crews.
  • Note: Final inspection with the crew is required. After the inspection, the job is considered complete. No refund will be given.
  • Note: There is a $60 cancellation fee for one-time scheduled jobs.
